I know...a critical moment in the video is ruined by a typo, but anyways, here is our house so far. It is moving along quicker than we would like since we haven't sold our house yet. We are expecting a contract today though from someone that looked at it yesterday. It sounds promising.

It looks drafty.
Kevin, you should have sprung for dry wall.
Well maybe now that we have this house sold we will. We got a contract this morning and we're supposed to close on All Hallows Eve.
Congrats Kev and Carmen.
Who's in charge of buying EDNA, so we can have it bronzed?
Depending what happens in NYC, I'll buy her.
Thanks Justin
Andrew: If you buy her, does anyone who lived there at any time have an all-access pass to the basement for wedding receptions, bah mitzvahs, etc.
Only if you promise to renew your vows there and actually invite all of us.
we'll have to get some baby snakes and baby birds with mohawks to recreate the true Edna vibe.
Great news Kevin. I'm sure that's a big relief to you guys. Now you can spend time setting up a wireless router for Nunley....if he ever asks for your help that is.
Kev will probably just sit there saying "I have a chair, King in the castle" instead of offering his help.
With this talk about EDNA, I thought you guys should know that it is only a matter of time until Joyce cashes in big time for that place we once called home. You all may remember the parking lot across the street where we would toss the frisbee or football. It is now the Hospitals newest expansion. The parking lot is now under a new 6 story hospital wing. Some of you may also remember Reverend Kevin Teasley's office on Sixth street, yep, gone as well. On a brighter note, Aaron, the Cookeville movie theater has officially been destroyed, and a new 12 screen state of the art theater will be here by the end of the year. I can take pictures if needed. Oh yeah and that Smith Quad that was at the end of the Main Quad on Tech's campus was torn down earlier this year and an enormous Nursing building is being built there. Again, just let me know, and I'll take pictures.
Yes way, take pics. Cookeville is turning into the new Metropolis and we're missing it.
I guess Joyce wouldn't sell Edna now to anyone but the hospital. I hope she enjoys spending that blood money. She doesn't even know what it was like living there. She never once came over for a game of gondola. Not once did she come over and wait with us for Landom to come over in his boxers with a bowl of Raisin Bran. She looks at Edna and sees dollar signs, but I see...like...hope and tears or something.
I would have killed her in our nightly push-up contests. She would have gotten lip stick ALL over our floor.
Check out the ads at the bottom! We either want old men, asian women, or we need more hair!
