Andrew, Some other Memphians told me to go to Dyer's Burgers when I go to Memphis. Have you heard that that is a good place, or am I being lied to? It doesn't look healthy, but it looks good. I found a video here:

I never went but I have heard they like have 40 year old grease that they use. They actually moved all the old grease to the new fryer when they changed locations. Ymmmmmmm!
Yeah don't ask me. I don't live in Memphis, what would I know?
P.S. They use 100 year old grease. I've had one, they are very good.

P.S. I'm no longer working with Smith & Nephew, apparently he didn't know about the slap face game and thought I was "assaulting" him. Whatever, I'm out on bail and hope to get a light sentence. Fingers crossed!
