This Morning's mission

So, we have a "Lady of the Night" in our apartment building, who like to park in the Handicap spot. She has done it since we moved in, and probably before that. Her justification is that "No one ever parks here, so why not?" Katie has heard her say this on more than one occasion. I have always wanted to leave her a note. This morning I did:
